    Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! We provide free quotes and measurements for your projects. You can request a free estimate directly through our website by clicking the "Get a Quote" button or by contacting us via phone or email.

    2. Materials & Stock

What types of stones do you have in stock?

We carry a premium selection of natural and engineered stones, specialized in Granite, Marble, and Quartz (including high-quality Quartzite and brands like Cambria).

Can I choose the exact slab for my project?

Absolutely. Since every natural stone slab has unique veining and patterns, we encourage our clients to review our indoor slab inventory so you can select the exact piece of stone that will be installed in your home.

    3. Installation & Maintenance

How long does the fabrication and installation process take?

Once the final measurements (templates) are taken and the slab is selected, the typical fabrication and installation window ranges between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.

Do granite and marble countertops require sealing?

Yes, natural stones like granite and marble are porous and require sealing to protect them from stains and bacteria. We deliver and install your countertops fully sealed. We recommend resealing marble once a year and granite every 1 to 2 years depending on usage. Quartz countertops do not require sealing.

    4. Business & Policies

    Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes, American Flag Granite & Stones, LLC is a fully licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor registered in the State of Connecticut under License No. HIC.0617160.

What is your cancellation or modification policy?

Project modifications or cancellations can be made free of charge prior to the physical template creation or before the stone slabs are cut. Once the fabrication process has begun, deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
